Dylan Kruszewski

Dylan Kruszewski has a diverse work experience in engineering and building services. Dylan currently works at RYCOM as a Building Systems Engineer, where they evaluate building data and provides operational guidance to improve mechanical building system operation and reliability for building owners across Canada. Dylan'sresponsibilities include implementing energy conservation measures, improving comfort levels, and addressing maintenance issues.

Before joining RYCOM, Dylan worked as a Building Services Worker II at the University of Alberta from November 2020 to March 2022. In this role, they contributed to maintaining and managing building services.

Prior to that, Dylan had a significant tenure at ReLumen Engineering, where they held multiple positions. Dylan started as a Mechanical Designer in October 2014 and later advanced to become a Mechanical Engineer in November 2018. During their time at ReLumen Engineering, they designed mechanical building systems for commercial and institutional buildings, managed building system projects, conducted inspections and audits, and authored assessment reports for clients.

Dylan also gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op Student at ReLumen Engineering from January 2013 to August 2013, where they were involved in various engineering tasks. Additionally, they worked as an Engineering Intern at ILF Consulting Engineers in July 2012, assisting in the Natural Gas Compressor Station and Photovoltaic teams by reviewing and modifying technical documentation.

Furthermore, Dylan had a role as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op Student at the City of Edmonton from May 2011 to December 2011.
