Bryan Baswell

Bryan Baswell, LEED AP, is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Rycon Construction, Inc. since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Preconstruction at Gulf Building LLC and The Marker Group, as well as Senior Estimator at Kaufman Lynn Construction and Skanska USA Building Inc. Bryan also held the position of Chief Estimator at L. Milton Construction and served as Director of Preconstruction at Conalvias USA. Earlier in the career, Bryan was a Senior Estimator at Facchina Construction and worked as a consultant for Merkury Development. Education was pursued at Central Piedmont College.
