Gary Smith is currently the Sr. Operations Manager I and has played a vital role in team building and enhancing profitability in one of North Carolina's fastest-growing areas. Previously, they served as a Service Manager at Ryder from 2008 to 2014 and as a Fleet Maintenance Manager at Republic Services from 2014 to 2017. Gary began their career as a Technician at Ryder System, Inc., where they spent 20 years advancing through the ranks and earning a T-4 ASE Master certification. They hold an Associate's degree in Automotive Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute.
