Jillian Florek serves as the Senior Director of Rental at Ryder System, Inc. since May 2017, focusing on enhancing the sales leadership skills of the rental sales team across the South and West Regions and Canada to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Jillian began the professional career as a Cashier at Target from March 2003 to June 2005. Jillian holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Louisville, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
