Michael Cole is a seasoned human resources professional with over three decades of experience in various leadership roles. Since November 2002, Michael has served as Senior Director at Ryder System, Inc., where responsibilities have included acting as a strategic business advisor for Fleet Management Solutions and Supply Chain Solutions, focusing on organizational architecture and employee engagement. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Human Resources Manager at Canadian Tire from April 1992 to November 2002, collaborating closely with operations across multiple distribution centers. Michael's career began with experience as a Staffing Specialist, emphasizing effective recruitment strategies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Management and Economics from the University of Guelph, completed between 1988 and 1991.
