Michael Morante

Michael Morante is currently the Director of Customer Logistics at Ryder Systems, Inc., where they leverage a broad range of supply chain experience. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Operations Director at Xerox Corporation, where they managed significant production and logistics operations. With an MBA focused on E-Commerce from the University of Rochester, they also bring expertise in Lean Six Sigma, business process engineering, and customer relationship management. Michael is further enhancing their credentials through ongoing studies in Logistics and Transportation at the Rochester Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College.
