Mike Kohrt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training and performance management. Currently serving as Sr Manager Sales Training at Ryder System, Inc. since February 2016, Mike focuses on equipping sales associates across various divisions with tools and insights to enhance customer engagement. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple positions at Dun & Bradstreet from 1991 to 2015, including Sales Performance Consultant and District Sales Manager for Florida & Puerto Rico, where responsibilities included managing a 35-person team for data collection. Mike holds a Master of International Management in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carroll College, along with an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from College of Southern Idaho.
