Dean Smith

Dean Smith is a Fleet Manager at Rydon, where they have previously held various roles including Assistant Fleet Manager and Fleet Support Advisor from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, Dean gained experience as an Estate Services Team Leader at Just Ask from 2010 to 2014, and as an Apprentice Painter/Body Repair at Tressler Coachworks and Auto Body Care from 2007 to 2010. Dean currently pursues education in vehicle management and leadership at several institutions, including the Institute of Car Fleet Management and Eastbourne College.
