Diego Caldara has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Diego started their career as an intern in Coty, where they worked on trade marketing and PR for the Prestige unit. Afterward, they gained experience in marketing and PR through an internship at Imp Communications Ltd in Bath, UK. Diego then worked as a team leader in promotional activities for TripleM Human Emotion Sàrl and Adcom.

In 2016, Diego volunteered as a fund development member for TECHO | TETO in Bogota, Colombia, where they helped maintain relationships with supporting companies. Diego then joined Lemon Way as a Solution Delivery Officer before transitioning to a business development role and eventually becoming the Country Manager DACH.

Diego's most recent position is at Rydoo, where they serve as an Enterprise Account Executive. Their role involves promoting and selling the company's expense management solution, with a focus on saving users time. Throughout their career, Diego has developed expertise in sales, account management, and business development.

Diego Caldara received their education from various institutions. Diego obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of St.Gallen between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Swiss Federal Maturity Certificate in Physics and Maths from Liceo Lugano 1 from 2005 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Marketing, Services, and Communication Management from the University of St.Gallen between 2014 and 2016. In addition to their academic degrees, Diego has also obtained several certifications. Diego completed the SaaS Sales Methodology from Winning by Design in July 2018, the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in August 2016, the Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot in August 2016, and the Analyse-Software Answers Desktop from Nielsen in April 2013. Diego also participated in an exchange semester in Maestria at Universidad de Los Andes in 2015-2016.
