Sophie Baumgartner

Sophie Baumgartner's work experience starts with their most recent role at Rydoo as a Senior Business Development Representative for the DACH & Italy regions, which they began in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Business Development Representative at Rydoo for the same regions from July 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Rydoo, Sophie worked at STX as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the DACH, Southern Europe, USA, and NL regions. STX is a market maker in environmental commodities, providing market access and liquidity in renewable energy, biofuels, energy efficiency, and carbon markets. Sophie worked there from September 2018 to August 2021.

Sophie's work experience began with an internship at CRIF in 2017, where they worked as an intern in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding for the Italy & DACH regions from April to October.

Sophie Baumgartner completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2013 to 2017. Sophie then pursued further education and is currently enrolled in the Master of Sciences program in Economics at ISCTE Business School since 2021. Sophie also participated in an exchange semester at Dalarna University, where they studied Languages and Culture Studies. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a Prospecting for Impact Certification from Winning by Design in September 2022.
