Vanda Mendes has a strong background in customer service and support. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Computer Operator and Service Desk Representative at Xerox, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting for Xerox and non-Xerox devices. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Service Delivery SPOC, managing operational processes and handling escalations. From 2017 to 2022, Vanda worked as a Digital Support Expert for DACH Countries at Xerox, specializing in providing support for digital solutions. In April 2022, they joined Rydoo as a CSM - Onboarding Manager, where they are responsible for managing the customer onboarding process. In 2013, Vanda attended Arteveldehogeschool for the Erasmus Intensive Program in Lobbying, where they focused on Public Relations, Lobbying, and Social Responsibility. In addition to their formal education, Vanda has obtained several certifications, including "Communication Foundations," "Customer Success Management Fundamentals," and "Digital Transformation" from LinkedIn, all obtained in November 2021.
