Austin Redfield

Austin Redfield is an experienced financial analyst and pricing professional currently serving as a Senior Pricing Analyst at Ryerson since February 2022. Prior to this role, Austin worked as a Senior Associate I at ThreeBridge Crew, where the focus was on talent development for high-performing junior consultants. Additional professional experience includes positions as a Business Analyst at Charter Communications and a Data Analyst at Allianz Investment Management LLC. Austin has a background as a Performance Analyst at Nuveen, where responsibilities included attribution analysis across multiple funds and improving reporting processes. Earlier roles involved trading at Redfield Commodities and analysis internships, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a Finance Emphasis from St. Olaf College. Austin is currently pursuing an MBA at the UMN Carlson School of Management.
