Greg Caruso is an experienced talent acquisition manager with a strong military background and a focus on recruitment and personnel development. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Ryerson since January 2023, Greg has significant experience in leadership roles within the US Army, including serving as a Company Commander and Senior Campus Recruiter for the Marquette Army ROTC program. Prior to Ryerson, Greg held various talent acquisition roles at Element Materials Technology and The Plexus Groupe, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting and program development. Greg began military service as a Specialist and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University.
