Ryan Horner

Ryan Horner, PMP, CSSGB, is currently a Production Manager Fellow at Ryerson, focusing on the Production Manager role within the Texas Steel Processing team through the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program. With extensive experience in the US Army since February 2004, Ryan has held multiple senior roles, including Senior Technical Project Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities have spanned leading cross-functional teams, integrating operations across various organizational levels, and providing Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRNE) expertise. Ryan has also served as a Program Manager for both CBRN and NBC operations, overseeing training and operations for large organizations while managing significant resources in chemical defense equipment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security from American Military University and a High School Diploma from Rochester High School.
