Mark Silver is an experienced executive who currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Human Resources Officer at Ryerson Holding Corporation since January 2013. Prior to that, Mark worked at Sara Lee Corporation from July 2000 to June 2012, where Mark held various titles including Vice President & Assistant General Counsel and Vice President - Corporate Development. Mark also gained experience as an Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis from September 1995 to July 2000. Mark holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
