Robert Parris is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Rygen since October 2020, Robert previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at AFS Logistics, LLC, where involvement included the development of a strategic initiative to consolidate Freight Audit & Pay systems. At Transplace, Robert led the development of a web-based front-end for a Transportation Management System using vuejs and contributed to the creation of the TMS with a Java Spring back end. Prior experience includes roles at Polydeck Screen Corporation, where Robert implemented ecommerce plugins and ERP solutions, and at Columbus Data Technologies, focusing on enterprise software development. Robert’s career began at Xerox as a Customer Service Engineer, providing technical support.
