James Weld

James (Jim) Weld currently serves as the General Manager at Rynoh, where a patented, cloud-based financial management and fraud prevention system has streamlined escrow account management and significantly reduced financial losses for clients. Previously, James held the position of President at Zillow Closing Services, overseeing operations for a captive title company within Zillow Group, which at its height managed 25,000 homes. Prior to that, James was the SVP and President of Title Insurance Services at Altisource Portfolio Solutions SA, driving key real estate transaction services. Additional experience includes senior leadership roles at Trust Title Company and TransLand Financial Services, focusing on title and mortgage services. James obtained a Master’s of Science in Marketing from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and Law from the University of Georgia.
