Greg Mills has a long and varied work history. In 1988, they started at George Rice & Sons as a Senior Sales Executive, eventually becoming one of the most profitable sales executives before leaving in 2002 to start their own business. In 2001, they founded Ambient Solutions Inc., a boutique brand management and creative services agency. In 2015, they became a Partner/CBO at Boldface, and in 2017 they took on the role of Head of Marketing at Dgtl. In 2018, they co-founded and became CEO of E.L.F Investor Group, the largest CBD and Cannabis Golf Tour in the USA and Canada. Most recently in 2021, they took on the role of CBO at Rypplzz.
