Charleston C. has been in the electronics industry for over 18 years. In 2002, they began their career as a Product Technician at Fittec Electronics (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd, where they were in charge of products' hardware and software troubleshooting, new product technologies and materials qualification. In 2004, they moved to FOXCONN EMEA as a Manufacturing & Quality Engineering Supervisor, where they were in charge of all of manufacturing, quality, OEM factories, and component suppliers management, ensuring quality and manufacturing operations with 5C products with weekly revenue 1. In 2014, they joined Nanoleaf as an Operations Manager, where their functions included new products and suppliers development and introduction from “0” to “1”, and project management based on APQP and PMP robust system, as well as production and total quality management. In 2018, they moved to Jabil as a Program Manager, specializing in automotive and consumer industry of driverless electronics and smart electronics development and introduction to market. Most recently, in 2020, they joined RYSE as a Program Manager China.

Charleston C. attended China University of Petroleum, Beijing from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a University Degree in Computer Science and Technology. Charleston then attended Harvard University, where they obtained a ManageMentor/EMBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2013, they obtained a Harvard ManageMentor - EMBA certification from WSE English (Shenzhen) Training Center.
