Matt Hurley

Matt Hurley is an experienced professional in growth, operations, and customer success, currently serving as General Manager at Rytr since July 2023. Prior to this role, Matt was the Head of Growth & Operations at Frase, where significant contributions included revenue growth and business operations as a founding team member. At Formlabs, Matt held multiple positions, culminating in Head of Customer Success, leading teams across North America and Europe. As Co-Founder of Dat Ventures, Matt established Boston's first accelerator for international entrepreneurs, generating over $600K in revenue in its first year. Earlier experience includes roles at Techstars, McMaster-Carr, and GATX, along with founding an auto detailing business during early teenage years. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University.
