Michael Long

Michael Long is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legislative and political operations. Currently serving as a Principal at S-3 Group since June 2021, Long previously held roles including Senior Advisor and Director of Member Services at the Office of the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives and Senior Advisor to the Office of the Democratic Leader, Nancy Pelosi. In these capacities, Long co-managed House operations, executed procedural motions, and served as a liaison to Democratic Member Offices. Earlier experience includes positions at Metcalf Federal Relations, the Association of American Medical Colleges, and Jefferson Government Relations, complemented by educational credentials from Elon University where Long earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Political Science.
