Mike Ference

Mike Ference is a seasoned professional in public affairs and policy development with extensive experience in regulated markets. Currently a Partner at Hangar since 2014, Mike Ference focuses on building companies within these industries. As a Partner at S-3 Public Affairs since January 2013, Mike Ference leads a team of experienced Capitol Hill professionals to address various policy areas. Previous roles include Director for Strategic Development and Senior Policy Advisor for the Office of the Majority Leader Eric Cantor from January 2011 to January 2013, and Senior Policy Advisor for both the Office of the Republican Whip Eric Cantor and the Office of the Republican Whip Roy Blunt. Mike Ference began a career in politics as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator James Inhofe from 2004 to 2006. Mike Ference holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Saint Joseph's University.
