SAM House is an architecture-led modular housing company focused on resilience, speed, and dignity in the face of climate and housing crises.

Founded by architect Gary Hendren , SAM House was developed in response to increasing wildfires, natural disasters, and housing shortages—particularly in high-risk and rapidly changing environments. Rather than treating housing as a disposable product, SAM House approaches it as critical infrastructure.
At its core, SAM House bridges architecture, technology, and social responsibility—bringing together architects, engineers, policymakers, and communities to rethink how housing can be safer, smarter, and more humane.
