상희 안 graduated at the top of their class with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and later earned a Master's degree in Big Data Engineering. They are currently the Elastic Team Lead at S-Core, focusing on enhancing Elastic business initiatives beyond technical support. Prior to this role, 상희 worked as an Elastic Engineer & Consultant, contributing to various high-profile projects within the Samsung Group and leading efforts to improve organizational capabilities in Elastic support. Throughout their career, 상희 has cultivated expertise in big data projects and systems development.
