Founded in 2013, S.H.Meters is a pioneer in China’s water metering industry for overseas expansion. We focus on developing more accurate and intelligent water metering products and solutions by leveraging advanced technologies such as the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence, and provide customized services to over 50 water utilities across more than 20 developing countries to reduce non-revenue water.

Our core business covers the full lifecycle services for water utilities, ranging from water metering products to water platform management including meter reading and fee collection, as well as water meter test bench supply and local factory construction. We boast a comprehensive product portfolio, including Prepaid Water Meters, AMR/AMI Remote Meter Reading Systems, Ultrasonic Water Meters, Mechanical Water Meters, Water Meter Test Benches, related spare parts and automated production lines.

We actively participate in authoritative industry platforms such as the African Water and Sanitation Association(AfWASA), STS Association, Smart Water Networks（SWAN） Forum. The branch in Kenya serves as a core localized layout, providing spot supply, fast delivery, and localized technical and after-sales support for the African region. Our self-developed automated water meter assembly and test production lines enable the large-scale production of high-precision water meters with efficient delivery.
