Michael Schultz is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive in the hospitality industry, with extensive experience in founding and managing various businesses. Schultz's tenure includes serving as a Partner at Goddess and the Baker and 353 N Clark, LLC, both culminating in successful exits. As an investor and advisor, Schultz is involved with Boombox Beverage LLC and On Demand Vending. Schultz founded and led companies such as Infuse Hospitality and Coffee & Tea Bar Holdings, both achieving successful exits in 2025. Current roles include President and Board Chair of ANSHE TIKVAH CORPORATION and involvement with multiple boards, including S.I. Container Builds, Inc., and the Tikvah Center for Jewish Recovery and Healing. Schultz also serves as Executive Chairman of Schultz Hospitality, contributing to the richness of the hospitality sector in Chicago and beyond.
