James Cragg has extensive experience in leadership positions, particularly as President and CEO of S.O.Tech / Special Operations Technologies Inc. where they oversaw a large staff. James also served as President of VetsCorps and Green Vets LA. Prior to their work in the private sector, Cragg held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. Additionally, they served as President and CEO of Paladin Designs Inc., where they successfully integrated the company's product line into S.O.Tech Inc. and oversaw various sporting goods and travel product lines.
James Cragg attended the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1990-1991 but did not complete a degree. From 1988 to 1994, they studied Political Science - History and earned a BA at UCLA. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Cragg attended the US Army Command and General Staff College where they pursued ILE.
