At S & P Consulting Services, LLC, we bring decades of experience working with youth in a variety of settings to help others find balance in their work with youth.  We provide adults who work with children (educators, administrators, mental health professionals, camp counselors, childcare providers, and more) the concrete tools to bring joy back to their work.  Adults learn to map their own route to balance in their work by teaching youth practical, trauma informed skills to find a balance between independence AND connection.  

Our trainings and consultation focus on practical skills that can be used with youth to help them learn to self-regulate, problem solve, and find balance between their own needs/wants and those of others.  This creates environments that fuel learning through curiosity and supporting each other to find success for all!
