Chris Ormond

Chris Ormond is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a background in digital forensics and incident response. From May 2010 to April 2016, Chris served as a Digital Forensic Analyst at MOD United Kingdom, where responsibilities included examining data from digital devices and producing analytical reports for the military justice system. Following this role, Chris held various positions, including CERT Forensics Manager at O2 (Telefónica UK) from May 2016 to October 2018, and currently serves as the UK IR Practice Head at S-RM since January 2023, while also leading the Cyber Incident Response Team at Grant Thornton UK. With a focus on managing complex cyber incidents, Chris ensures efficient resolution and client satisfaction, leveraging a strong foundation in forensic computing obtained through postgraduate studies at De Montfort University.
