Previous experience includes positions such as Compensation and Benefits Manager, HR Total Reward Analyst at Kao Corp., and Compensation and Benefits Officer at L'Oréal, where Katya has demonstrated expertise in designing and managing global reward programs, conducting gender pay gap reporting, and optimizing benefits offerings. Katya holds a Master’s degree in Management of Small & Medium Sized Enterprises from Université d'Auvergne and another Master’s in External Economic Relations from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.
