Libby Benet

Libby Benet, JD, is the Global Chief Underwriting Officer at AXA XL, specializing in underwriting across financial and cyber lines. With expertise in primary and reinsurance underwriting, cybersecurity, and employment practices liability, they have been recognized as a national leader and speaker in the insurance industry. Libby previously held roles as President and CEO of Cyber Secure Work Inc. and served as a VP and Senior VP at Gen Re, among other positions. They are an active Board Member for Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company and serve as a Supervisory Board Member for S-RM. Libby obtained a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Towson University.
