Stephane Derive

Stephane Derive has extensive work experience in corporate finance and treasury roles. Stephane began their career at Bombardier as a Financial Analyst for Business Aircraft. After three years, they joined the ALDO Group, where they held various positions including Senior Director & Corporate Treasurer, Director of Treasury, Manager of Treasury, and Senior Analyst of Treasury. In 2021, they joined SSENSE as the Senior Director of Corporate Finance & Corporate Treasurer. In 2023, they were promoted to Senior Director of Corporate Finance, FP&A, & Corporate Treasurer.

Stephane Derive obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Concordia University, studying from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Vanier College from 1996 to 1998, pursuing a Commerce diploma. In terms of additional certifications, Stephane obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and White Belt from ACPE Inc in 2019, a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association for Financial Professionals in 2016, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification from the CFA Institute in 2005, and a Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in 2001.
