John Wales worked at Direct Distribution from 2010 to 2013 as a Senior Client Account Manager. John then joined s1 in 2013 as a Sales Support Manager, and later became the Head of Customer Success in January 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Monster from 2006 to 2010 as a Customer Account Specialist - Key Accounts.
