Eamon O'Callaghan has a diverse work experience. Eamon started in 2015 as a Language and Fluency Coach at EnglishWithEamon, where they worked until June 2021. From September 2019 to August 2021, they also worked as an English Teacher at Meeting Point. In 2020, Eamon worked as a Software Engineer on various projects, including a full-stack contacts manager and an app for calculating the time required to finish the Launch School curriculum. Eamon then open-sourced the app and received contributions from other developers. In 2021, Eamon co-founded Alexandria Reader, an open-source language learning app, where they played a major role in designing and creating the app's relational database, as well as implementing the backend and frontend using Node, TypeScript, and React. Currently, Eamon is working as a Full Stack Software Engineer at S1Seven | Material Identity.

Eamon O'Callaghan began their education in 2015 at Lemmensinstituut Leuven (Belgium). During that year, they pursued a CELTA degree specializing in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction.

In 2021, Eamon attended the University of Helsinki for a brief period, enrolling in a FullStack Open program. This program focused on React and TypeScript, providing him with knowledge and skills in these areas.

Currently, Eamon is studying Computer Software Engineering at Launch School, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2022. This program emphasizes building a strong foundation in software engineering.
