Brooks Teeter, CPA, is a Senior Associate in Asset Management at S2 Capital, LLC, with extensive experience in real estate industry, asset valuation modeling, structured financing, and property operations. Prior to that, Brooks worked as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, where Brooks specialized in real estate acquisitions, development, and dispositions in various asset classes. Brooks also gained experience as an Audit Intern at KPMG and held roles at Transwestern and Mohr Partners. Brooks holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
