Ryan Everett

Ryan Everett is currently the Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions at S2 Capital, a role they have held since 2024. They joined S2 Capital in 2017, where they initially served as an Associate on the Asset Management team before progressing through various roles, including Vice President of Acquisitions and Senior Associate, Acquisitions. Before their tenure at S2 Capital, Ryan worked as an Investment Sales Analyst at Transwestern. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business, which they earned in 2017.
