Seth Maxwell

Seth Maxwell is an experienced construction manager currently overseeing projects at S2 Capital, LLC since May 2021, directing construction from conception to completion while collaborating with architects and engineers. Prior to this role, Seth served as a field supervisor, where responsibilities included monitoring subcontractor work and ensuring project quality, schedule, and budget adherence. Previously, at DXP Enterprises, Inc., as an inventory control specialist lead, Seth improved warehouse quality and generated reports using Microsoft Access and Excel. As an inventory control specialist, Seth utilized HighJump software to manage significant inventory and exceed customer demand. Earlier experience includes roles at El Jarrito Mexican Grill as a head waiter, and as a self-employed landscape architect. Seth holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Bossier Parish Community College.
