S2 Innovation is a strategic accelerator that partners with healthcare organizations, academic institutions, government agencies, and consulting firms to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions. We specialize in high-impact innovation workshops, modular consulting programs, and R&D advisory services that help organizations align strategy, develop practical solutions, and scale innovation sustainably.

Our Core Services
Innovation Workshops
Immersive workshops designed to tackle a “how might we?” question, the organization’s largest unmet need. Participants work in small interdisciplinary teams, applying design thinking principles through hands-on exercises in need validation, ideation, prototyping, and stakeholder alignment. Leadership coaching and pitch clinics ensure solutions are actionable and ready for executive approval. Workshops can be hosted at MIT, on-site, or virtually.

Strategic Consulting & R&D Support
Tailored engagements to bridge strategy and execution, including innovation consulting, product development support, and R&D advisory for small businesses and larger enterprises. We help organizations embed innovation into workflows, de-risk new initiatives, and accelerate time-to-impact.

Capacity Building & Leadership Development
Programs that equip teams and leaders to sustain innovation internally, develop creative problem-solving skills, and build organizational agility for long-term transformation.

Why S2 Innovation?
Our approach combines structured methodology with hands-on experience, ensuring that ideas move from concept to implementable solutions.
