Diego Alvarez

Diego Alvarez is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity with extensive experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) and Security Engineering. Currently serving as a DFIR Engineer at S21sec since June 2021, Diego coordinates technical services related to DFIR and Threat Hunting. Previously, Diego worked at Liberbank IT, SL from December 2019 to June 2021 as a Security Engineer in the SOC-CERT, responsible for incident monitoring and response services, as well as technical project management. Diego's career at S21sec began in June 2014, progressing from a Practicum Student to a Security Analyst and then a Security Engineer, focusing on project management and SIEM integration. Diego holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, completed in 2018.
