S2Reason builds AI Workers: custom AI agents that take the repetitive, error-prone busywork off your team. You get the output of another hire without adding the headcount, so your people spend their time on judgment and growth, not admin.

We are named after "System 2" thinking: slow, deliberate, verify-everything reasoning. Most AI tools run on fast, pattern-matching guesswork that misses context and hallucinates. We deliberately chose the slow one, because when the work is your billing, your records, or your compliance, a wrong answer costs far more than a slow one.

The 90/10 principle:
We automate the 90 percent of the work that is mechanical and rule-bound (reading every page, applying every rule, reconciling every figure) and hold it to 100 percent accuracy by grounding every result in your own source documents. The 10 percent that calls for judgment stays with a human. Nothing ships on a machine's say-so alone.

Your data stays yours:
Every system runs in a dedicated, single-tenant private cloud, isolated per client, encrypted in transit and at rest, with no external model training on your data.

Proven on the hard stuff:
We built our AI Workers for some of the most demanding, regulated work there is, for US law firms and medical billers, where a wrong answer is expensive:

Insurance billing PDFs turned into audit-ready, rule-applied spreadsheets in 2 to 3 days, work that used to take 3 to 4 weeks by hand
Evidence-cited legal briefs, drafted and ready for human review
Thousands of disordered medical records sorted into one clean file by date of service

The same engine now takes the busywork off any team that is drowning in it.

Prove-then-pay:
We build your AI Worker and let you validate it on your own files first. You only pay for verified performance.
