Matthew Moreau has over two decades of experience in the Medicaid industry. Matthew has held various leadership positions throughout their career. At S2Tech, they served as the Chief Operating Officer, where they successfully led the development and execution of the company's growth and marketing strategy, resulting in increased revenue growth and client base diversification. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Solutions at S2Tech, responsible for creating and executing the company's growth and marketing strategy. Matthew has also held positions at UnitedHealth Group and Xerox State Healthcare, where they had responsibilities such as solution architecture, business development, and portfolio strategy oversight. Matthew started their career at ACS, a Xerox Company, as a Technical Liaison and later served as a Business Development Solutions Manager and a Project Lead/Application Architect. Overall, Matthew Moreau has a strong background in Medicaid industry, with extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, business development, and solution architecture.

We are currently engaged on two dozen projects nationwide providing both supplemental staffing and project-based support. In today’s Medicaid marketplace, few technical services companies can match S2Tech’s MMIS applications experience. We offer clients three staffing models: on-site at the client’s office; off-site at a U.S.-based S2Tech office; or off-shore at S2Tech’s Hyderabad, India Development Center.
