Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at S3

Robert Olkiewicz has over 30 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. Robert began their career in 1989 as a Technical Quality Engineering Manager at MCI Telecommunications. In this role, they managed the workflow of 10 Quality Engineers and was responsible for testing new software, production fixes, and maintaining the Test Environment on Open VMS, UNIX, and Client Server platforms. Robert also hired and trained team members on the processes and procedures of Quality Engineering.

In 1999, Olkiewicz became the IT Manager at ClearSource, where they directed a team of Developers, Project Managers, and Consultants tasked with development and maintenance of mission critical Internet, Intranet, Database, ERP, and Reporting systems. Robert was also responsible for managing vendor selection and oversight for provisioning and implementation of all Telecom related services, as well as constructing the budget for the Information Technology department.

In 2002, Olkiewicz moved to MCI as a Senior Quality Engineer/Developer. In this role, they created an automated process to upload data to the marketing database, and maintained and enhanced Open VMS clusters, Oracle, Build/Release, and Credit Card Server for production and development environments.

In 2006, Olkiewicz joined Dell as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they were the Lead Tester for all CTI related projects, including call routing, IVR, and softphone applications. Robert also managed projects and workflow for US based and global teams, and created project artifacts for the Software Test team.

Finally, in 2008, Olkiewicz became the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at S3. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all clients' experience with S3, managing day-to-day client-facing staff, and prioritizing enhancements and client requests/fixes. Robert also worked with the C suite to ensure client requirements were being communicated.

Robert Olkiewicz attended Briar Cliff University from 1992 to 1994, studying Business Management. Robert also attended West High.
