Previously, Ella contributed as an Evidence Researcher at The Audience Agency, providing insights through primary and secondary research. Ella has held various roles in academic institutions, including Research Analyst and Graduate Admissions Recruitment Officer at the University of Oxford, and Associate Lecturer at the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education. Ella's educational background includes a PhD in Biological Anthropology from the University of Cambridge, complemented by a Master's degree from UCL and a Bachelor's degree from Oxford Brookes University.
