Malay Soni

Malay Soni has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Malay started their career as an Associate Consultant at Task Staffing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes and managed a team of recruiters. After that, they worked at PeepalSys Pvt. Ltd., where they served as a Lead Account Manager/Human Scientist and later as a Lead Human Scientist. In these roles, they focused on finding the right talent for startup companies and helping them grow. Malay then joined Monjin as an Assistant Manager in Recruitment, specializing in content recruitment. Currently, they are working at SA Technologies Inc., first as a Manager in Talent Acquisition and Resource Management Group, and currently as an Associate Director in Recruitment.
