Alejandro Sobron

Alejandro Sobron is a doctoral candidate in Aeronautical Engineering at Linköping University, where they previously earned an MSc in the same field. They graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and have experience as a UAS consultant. Alejandro's research focuses on aircraft design and mechatronics, specifically exploring rapid prototyping and subscale flight testing. They currently hold a managerial position at Saab Aeronautics, overseeing various projects in armament, reconnaissance, and flight autonomy, while maintaining a passion for aviation and technology through hobbies like piloting sailplanes and building RC models.
