Amin Ben Sassi is currently the Head of Flight Control Systems V&V at BU Gripen, having previously held various leadership roles in companies such as Saab and Scania Group. Amin’s experience includes managing key projects and relationships within the aviation, defense, and automotive industries, demonstrating a strong focus on operational excellence and strategic growth. Amin's international assignment in Brazil enriched their leadership skills and enhanced their ability to communicate effectively across cultures. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Mälardalens högskola, which laid the foundation for a career centered on precision, teamwork, and accountability.
