Anders Holmberg is a seasoned Flow Engineer and change agent with over a decade of experience transforming teams to work more agile. Currently, they lead the Center of Excellence Flow at Saab, initiating flow optimization and management initiatives. Previously, Anders held various roles including management consultant at Indigo IPEX and agile coach at Softhouse, where they facilitated the implementation of agile methodologies across multiple organizations. They hold a Master’s degree in Computer Technology from Linköping University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Stockholm University.
