Annika Göransson

Annika Göransson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Saab since August 2022. Prior to this role, Annika worked as an HR-generalist at Evidensia Djursjukvård and held various positions at Polismyndigheten, including acting project manager, process developer, and HR consultant. Additional experience includes working as an HR consultant at VA SYD and as an assistant manager at Palm & Partners AB. Annika’s career began in service coordination at Veolia. Annika holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science with a focus on Psychology from Lund University and has pursued additional education at Malmö University and Saab Academy, where enrollment in the Strategic HRBP learning program is ongoing.
