BCM Mabuza

BCM (Bongani) Mabuza is a Technical Design Authority at Saab, where contributions focus on advancing Electronic Warfare Controllers and addressing complex technical challenges through strategic leadership. With over three years of experience in this role, BCM emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions. Previously, BCM held various positions, including System Analyst at SKA South Africa and Technical Research Specialist at Airports Company South Africa. Additionally, BCM has been actively involved in the systems engineering community as President of INCOSE South Africa and has contributed as an External Examiner at the University of Pretoria. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of Cape Town, BCM's educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of Pretoria.
