Beatrice Kärnborg

Beatrice Kärnborg is the Head of Business Unit Aerospace Systems at Saab, where they lead strategic initiatives within the aerospace sector. With a degree in economics from Linköping University, Beatrice started their career as a Strategic Purchaser at Saab from 2001 to 2005. They later worked at Combitech AB as a Business Area Manager and Consultant Unit Manager from 2007 to 2011. Beatrice has held various leadership roles within Saab, including Manager and Head of Contracts & Projects for Gripen Support, and Head of Strategy for Gripen Sustainment. Their extensive experience spans multiple leadership positions focused on aerospace systems and project management.
